I expect both products to rely on, call or hook into the Windows operating system software in order to have certain mouse and keyboard actions display certain menus depending on were the cursor was positioned on the screen at the time these actions occurred. The problem is that most of the time right clicking results in attachment 8704159, while it intermittently results in attachment 8704161.
